Shipping Policy

Dispatch and Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 working hours of receiving cleared payment, subject to stock availability, order timing, and regulatory requirements.

Orders are dispatched using the most appropriate delivery service based on parcel size, weight, and destination.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure prompt delivery, we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather conditions, bank holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

UK Delivery Charges

  • UK mainland orders over £49 qualify for FREE standard delivery
  • UK mainland orders under £49 are charged a flat delivery rate of £5.60
  • Standard delivery applies to parcels up to 18kg

Additional Delivery Charges

Additional carriage charges may apply for:

  • Scottish Highlands and Islands
  • Northern Ireland
  • Channel Islands
  • Isle of Man
  • remote UK postcodes
  • oversized or overweight parcels
  • temperature-sensitive products
  • supplier-direct deliveries

Any additional charges will be confirmed before dispatch where applicable.

Delivery Address

Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are accurate and for advising any special delivery requirements when placing an order, including:

  • business opening hours
  • restricted access locations
  • security entry requirements
  • stair access limitations

We cannot accept liability for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.

Re-delivery Charges

If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or incorrect address details, additional re-dispatch charges may apply.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Typical delivery times:

  • UK mainland: 1–3 working days

Large items, supplier-direct products, or special-order items may require longer delivery times.

Missing Deliveries

Customers must notify us of any non-delivery within 7 working days of dispatch confirmation or invoice date so that we can investigate with the courier.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Temperature-Sensitive Products

Temperature-sensitive items must be checked immediately upon delivery and stored according to product requirements. We cannot accept responsibility for products that have not been stored correctly after delivery.
